For over 20 years, Wave Media has connected companies like yours with job seekers across the Peace Region. Our next event is Tuesday, February 23, 2027, 12 pm – 6 pm at the Holiday Inn & Suites, 9816 107 Street, Grande Prairie.
Your booth
One 8’ skirted table, two chairs and power, set up and ready when you arrive in a carpeted room with free parking. You bring your team and your display.
The crowd
We market the event across the region on radio, social media, billboards and portable signs — drawing 1,000+ job seekers through the doors.
The savings
No facility to rent and no media to buy. Join other employers in the room and enjoy the momentum of a shared hiring event.

Reserve your booth
$850 + GST per table ($892.50 total). Send us your details below and we’ll confirm your booth and send you an invoice. Pay by cheque to “Wave Media”, e-transfer to melissa@gowave.ca, EFT (request a form), or credit card (by request only).

Exhibitor policies
- Table locations are assigned by Wave Media on a first-come, first-served basis; products and services, noise level and size are also considered. Tables may not be sublet, split or resold.
- Signage must be for the exhibitor only unless approved by show management. This is a recruiting event — selling products or services is not permitted.
- All equipment and goods are at the exhibitor’s own risk. Tear-down must not begin until the end of the event is announced; exhibitors must vacate by 8:00 pm.
- Shipping: prepaid freight only, through the Salon A exit doors, no deliveries before Monday, February 22, 2027. Label: Holiday Inn & Suites, Attn: Catering – Job Fair, 9816 107 Street, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 8E7.
- Cancellations before January 24, 2027 are refunded minus a $100 handling fee per table. After January 24, 2027, payments are non-refundable.
